Walk & Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk Therapy combines traditional psychotherapy with the benefits of being outdoors. Sessions last between 45 to 90 minutes, starting at a designated car park. We walk side by side at a pace that suits you, taking breaks at park benches or other restful spots. If the weather is bad, we adapt with rain gear or take shelter in nearby cafés.

Benefits
.Walking side by side can feel less intense, making it easier to open up. The exercise involved enhances positive feelings, helping to explore your inner journey more effectively. This approach is beneficial for those who find traditional therapy too intense or insufficient. Being in nature also facilitates inward reflection and transformation, creating a personal narrative that integrates your experiences and emotions.
Therapeutic Approaches
We conduct sessions with clear boundaries, just as we would indoors, but in a more relaxed, outdoor setting. This approach can feel less intimidating than face-to-face office sessions. The method of working evolves based on your needs, making the process flexible and client-centred.
